Management Consultant – Financial Services

As a Managing Consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, team leader, and trusted advisor in risk, compliance, and organizational change. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive strategy and execution, and communicate creative solutions clearly and persuasively.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement target operating models covering governance, processes, data, and technology.
- Lead transformation programs in Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG, and Digital Innovation.
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans.
- Build and implement strategic roadmaps for change.
- Align AI, Data, and RegTech innovation with client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Mentor and grow junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
- A relevant master’s degree, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or Criminology.
- 4–7 years of consultancy experience in the financial services industry.
- Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change, or Digital Transformation.
- Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
