Stage - Chargé(e) de projet Adaptation au changement climatique et transition juste H/F

You will join the Societal Engagement Department of Crédit Agricole S.A., the holding company for the listed entity comprising the Group’s businesses, including investment banking, asset management, insurance, and retail banking.
The team consists of 35 employees working on climate mitigation and adaptation, biodiversity and nature, non-financial reporting, CSR sector policies, just transition, and duty of care.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of climate adaptation and just transition strategies.
- Support the team in managing and monitoring projects in local areas, including data processing and analysis, market analysis, and preparing presentations and deliverables.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of public- and private-sector initiatives related to climate change adaptation and just transition, including reports, studies, and articles.
- Contribute to awareness and training activities.
- Participate in coordinating the steering committee bringing together the Group’s various business lines on climate change adaptation.
The role provides the opportunity to collaborate with all Group entities and gain insight into the Group’s full range of businesses.
Additional information
A stipend will be paid if the internship lasts more than two consecutive months. The internship starts on 04/01/2027 and lasts six months.
Minimum education: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent.
Training or specialization: CSR, sustainable finance, environmental engineering, data science, or project management.
Experience: 0–2 years.

- Knowledge of climate topics and their socioeconomic impacts, as well as ESG/CSR topics.
- Knowledge of the financial sector.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of data processing and analysis is an advantage.

- Interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
- Rigor and autonomy.
IT tools: Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus AI tools.
Language: Bilingual English.
