What you'll be working on
As a Management Consultant within Capgemini Financial Services, you help banks, insurers, pension administrators, and regulators navigate an increasingly complex and fast-changing environment. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver transformation across risk, compliance, operational excellence, ESG, and digital innovation.
- Design and implement target operating models across governance, processes, data, and technology.
- Lead transformation programs in Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG, and Digital Innovation.
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans, translating findings into practical roadmaps.
- Leverage AI, data, and RegTech innovations to solve client challenges and improve business performance.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants while strengthening the Financial Services practice.
Your profile
- A completed Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field, with 4–7 years of consulting experience in the financial services sector.
- Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience driving organizational change and engaging senior stakeholders, strong business development capabilities, and a broad understanding of market developments.
- Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- The ability to apply innovative technologies, including AI and data-driven solutions, to business challenges.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to use AI tools consciously, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to work more efficiently.
