Alternant(e) - Assistant(e) Data Protection Officer/ DPO CAL&F (Corporate & Filiales/ Succursales) H/F

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) requires additional support to accompany the deployment and operational implementation of the GDPR across the CAL&F Group in France and internationally, in collaboration with the other Crédit Agricole Group entities.

The assistant will support the Corporate and Country Data Protection Officers in advising CAL&F's General Management and business divisions on GDPR implementation in day-to-day operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Update, supplement and adapt the CAL&F processing activities register with GDPR business correspondents and operational data controllers.
• Generate DPIA analyses and implement Privacy by Design, Privacy by Default and Accountability.
• Support the drafting and adaptation of business procedures and workflows.
• Integrate data protection requirements into CAL&F methods, deliverables and committees.
• Lead GDPR and data privacy change management and awareness activities.
• Adapt and ensure compliance of GDPR notices and clauses in contracts, websites and other materials.
• Respond to individuals' GDPR rights requests and support implementation of related obligations in the CAL&F information system.
• Bring business procedures into compliance.
• Identify and remediate organisational and technical vulnerabilities and contribute to business risk analyses.
• Diagnose and manage data breaches within qualification and crisis cells, including communications with the CAL&F and Crédit Agricole groups, affected individuals and supervisory authorities.
• Maintain the data breach register.

Profile

• Master's degree or engineering school training in data protection, cybersecurity, data protection law, customer protection, compliance or contracts.
• Knowledge of data protection, data security and the GDPR.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, strong written and oral communication skills, autonomy and ownership.
• Knowledge of AI and data management topics and tools, including data dictionaries and data lineage.
• Operational project skills across business and IT environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum or Waterfall/MERISE.
• Rigorous, organised, collaborative, sociable, motivated, creative, curious and customer-oriented, with strong writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• English at B2 level.

• Contract: Apprenticeship.

• Study level: 1-year Master's (M1).
• Non-executive position.
