Management Consultant – Financial Services

Your Role
You will act as a subject matter expert, team leader and trusted advisor in risk, compliance and organizational change. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive strategy and execution, solve complex problems and communicate creative solutions clearly and persuasively.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement target operating models covering governance, processes, data and technology.
- Lead transformation programs in Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG and Digital Innovation.
- Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments and maturity scans.
- Build and implement strategic roadmaps for change.
- Align innovation involving AI, Data and RegTech with client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Mentor and grow junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring
- A relevant master’s degree, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or Criminology.
- 4–7 years of consultancy experience in the financial services industry.
- Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change or Digital Transformation.
- Agile, Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- A strong professional network and market vision.
