You are looking for an internship in Leveraged Finance and have an interest in telecommunications? This opportunity is for you.

The Leveraged Finance and Telecom/Media/Technologies (TMT) teams originate, structure and execute leveraged financing transactions for major corporate clients, private equity funds, infrastructure funds and major TMT clients.

You will join the Portfolio Management / Leveraged Finance & Telecom team, which monitors the client portfolio on behalf of the origination teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Regularly monitoring reporting and participating in lender presentation meetings.
• Preparing annual reviews of portfolio files.
• Monitoring and analysing new transactions affecting the portfolio, supporting the origination team.
• Providing operational support for the implementation of financing arrangements.

About you

Education: business or engineering school.

Required skills:

• Financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent French and English.
• Rigor, sense of responsibility and dynamism.

Minimum experience level: 0–2 years.

Minimum level of study: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent.
