Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The purpose of this position is to serve internal customers, both the business operations team and employees, by providing information and resolving problems related to timekeeping, attendance, and other related activities.

Schedule and Pay

  • Monday–Friday, 10:30 am–7 pm
  • Pay rate: $27.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various duties and routine data entry necessary for the overall time and attendance systems administration and maintenance.
  • Oversee and maintain the timekeeping system for reporting, auditing, adjustments, and functionality for employees, supervisors, managers, and agency staff.
  • Respond to frontline employee and management questions or concerns regarding hours and time reporting.
  • Escalate next-level concerns to appropriate parties.
  • Oversee and maintain the call-off system for data maintenance, adjustments, and verifying warnings.
  • Support stakeholders by tracking data, running reports, and providing requested information.
  • Perform other duties in support of Operations, including on-the-floor support.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret communications in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining composure and service quality in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of company pay-practice policies, wage and hour requirements, and state and federal regulations related to timekeeping is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly talk or hear; stand, sit, or walk; and use fingers, hands, and arms to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, type, push, and pull for up to twelve hours per day.
  • Reliably attend work and scheduled hours.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting an automated time and attendance system is preferred.
  • Previous general office experience requiring computer use is required.
  • Certification or equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret communications in English.
