Who You'll Work With
The Lead Partner Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the North America marketplace, including external partners such as Nordstrom and The Rack accounts and internal partners across Merchandising, Marketplace, Key City Leadership, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Jordan Brand, Operations, and planning.
Who We Are Looking For
Our North America Style Specialty Lead, Nordstrom Partner Rep will be based at Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate can facilitate North America Marketplace strategy within the ecosystem of retail partners, authenticators, and community members. This person should be an enterprise thinker who can analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver engaging presentations, build strong relationships, and contribute to a winning team culture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing
- Knowledge of current trends and street culture
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including samples and sales materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 25%
What You'll Work On
Serve as Nike Brand's ambassador and primary point of contact within the Nordstrom, Inc. account base. Drive and deliver against financial targets for the Nordstrom businesses, including order entry, bookings reconciliation, and product deliveries.
Lead implementation of the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process, including customer sell-ins, quarterly business reviews, multi-season order management, and business result recaps. Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, proactively manage product shipments with Marketplace Operations, manage key franchises, track trends to inform forecasting, and maintain a healthy marketplace.
