Lead Designer, NikeSKIMS Apparel Graphics Design

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Lead Designer, Graphic Design to support NikeSKIMS apparel and footwear graphics. The role collaborates with footwear, color and apparel designers, developers, and product line managers to deliver creative solutions aligned with the NikeSKIMS Design Ethos.

Responsibilities

• Execute the design and development of head-to-toe graphics and branding elements.
• Translate cultural and consumer insights into compelling, product-relevant graphics for apparel and footwear.
• Support design vision while contributing hands-on to product creation, ideation, and product development.
• Drive graphic design expression across footwear, apparel, accessories, and lifestyle within the Energy category.
• Own key bodies of work, seasonal moments, and special projects.
• Manage multiple timelines and work streams while navigating cross-functional constraints.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary product and creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent education, experience, and training.
• 5–7+ years of relevant graphic design experience in apparel or footwear.
• Strong typography, print and pattern, sketching, illustration, brand identity, and visual systems skills.
• Proficiency with graphic applications, development, PR, and schematic tools, as well as apparel product creation processes.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus.
• A strong, well-curated graphic design portfolio demonstrating research, concept development, visual storytelling, process, and final execution.
• Strong collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Cultural fluency across design, music, fashion, sport, and emerging creative communities.
