Lead Account Marketing Innova Culto LATAM

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated creative individual to lead retail marketing premium execution for the Mexico marketplace, partnering with sporting goods retailers.

Who You’ll Work With

This role is within the Nike Retail Marketing Mexico team and reports to the Account Marketing Senior Manager. It collaborates with Partner Transformation, Visual Merchandising, EKIN, Sales, Merchandising and Brand teams, as well as retail partners, creative agencies, suppliers and vendors.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 6+ years of retail marketing and visual merchandising execution experience.
• Experience with mid-large retail fleets and marketplace partners.
• A track record of implementing a test-and-learn approach with a consumer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs or direction.
• Strong strategic, goal-setting and execution skills.
• Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead and develop premium retail marketing execution for the Mexico marketplace and sporting goods partners.
• Align strategy with sport priorities, sales objectives and consumer needs.
• Adapt retail excellence principles for seasonal and seasonless initiatives.
• Direct agencies and retail partners in executing and maintaining Nike sport brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead ideation and creation of consumer-right journeys and experiences across diverse partner retail environments.
• Partner with APLA Geo Retail Marketing and Partner Transformation teams to deliver tools and guidance for premium executions.
