Crédit Agricole Immobilier is seeking a Juriste Immobilier H/F for a 6-month fixed-term replacement contract in Asnières-sur-Seine, reporting to the Legal Department Manager.
The role involves working with Property Managers on disputes and proceedings, primarily unpaid debts and collective proceedings.
Main responsibilities
- Engage consultants and lawyers to prepare judicial files and define legal strategy.
- Manage cases and coordinate activities internally and with clients.
- Lead litigation strategy, subject to client approval.
- Implement conservatory measures and forced enforcement, including asset research, security interests, and monitoring enforcement measures.
- Monitor collective proceedings, including claims declarations and analysis and responses to challenges.
- Negotiate settlements with the relevant operational teams.
- Regularly inform clients and internal teams about proceedings.
- Prepare and update daily tracking dashboards for legal actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes and progress reports.
Profile
Postgraduate degree in real estate and construction law, notarial law, business law, or contract law. At least five years of experience in a similar role within the legal department of a property administration network or an Asset or Property Management company.
Required skills include autonomy, analytical and drafting ability, interpersonal skills, discretion, confidentiality, and excellent command of office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The position offers hybrid working. The contract starts on 1 October 2026 and lasts 6 months.
