Within LCL's Legal Affairs Department, we are looking for a Litigation Lawyer on a fixed-term contract. You will join a dynamic, multi-site team of 10 lawyers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of civil and criminal litigation cases, excluding recovery, for both claimants and defendants, and developing litigation strategy in close cooperation with the Bank's lawyers.
- Acting as the legal interface and advising the Compliance and Fraud Departments on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, fraud, and regulatory matters.
- Providing legal advice and assistance to various support departments.

Requirements
- Master 2 degree in general private law, with options in obligations and contracts, commercial law, banking law, and criminal law.
- Experience in banking litigation involving civil and criminal liability.
- Experience providing legal advice to retail banking networks is a plus.
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, writing, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of office and legal software.
The position is non-managerial and classified as executive cadre. Starting date: 28 September 2026.
