Junior Wealth Manager – Belgian Desk H/F

Within our Belgian Wealth Management Desk, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Wealth Manager who is collaborative, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to delivering a first-class client experience.

This cross-functional position offers the opportunity to enrich your expertise through collaboration with internal and external experts and represents a first step towards becoming an “Architect of Wealth” within the bank.

Your mission

• Support the Senior Wealth Manager with operational tasks and client relationships while participating in the daily management and monitoring of client accounts.
• Address client inquiries regarding portfolio status with exceptional listening skills and professionalism.
• Initiate account openings and credit applications, ensuring rigorous and proactive follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Gradually take responsibility for managing your own client portfolio as you grow within the bank.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• At least initial experience as a Junior Wealth Manager or Wealth Management Assistant working with international and complex clients.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Solution-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a client-centric vision.
• Achievement-oriented with a can-do mentality and a passion for excellence in client service.
• Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
