Junior Purchase Requisition Specialist with German

About the role

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland is seeking a Junior Purchase Requisition Specialist with German to join its Purchase Requisition Services Team in Krakow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP MM through to the final purchase order.
• Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and commissioning requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders by email and telephone.
• Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing during escalations or deviations.
• Track orders and support swift cycle times.
• Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
• Drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• German language skills at minimum B2 level and communicative English at B1 level.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
