Tasks

• Be responsible for ERP interfaces in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling.
• Derive measures for sustainable improvement of quality in the interface environment.
• Handle and monitor errors in the SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Support authorization management.
• Request and monitor authorizations for new and existing colleagues.
• Monitor roles within the area of responsibility.
• Continuously improve processes through CIP.
• Act as the first contact for accounting operations, functional departments, and internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in AIF error handling and/or authorization management.
• Accounting skills focused on purchase-to-pay are desirable.
• Knowledge of business administration contexts and process and organizational structures in purchase accounting is desirable.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA, particularly MM/FI modules, is desirable.
• English at C1 level.
• German at A2/B1 level.
