Job Description
Building and maintaining detailed project schedules and cost breakdown structures across a portfolio of industrial projects, using MS Project and Clarity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Supporting the full resource management process by developing and updating scope breakdowns and organisational breakdown structures (OBS), helping teams work more effectively and efficiently.
Organising and facilitating project risk analysis sessions, managing the full administrative follow-up including risk encoding, contingency creation, and integration into project schedules and budgets.
Developing and maintaining project KPIs, dashboards and reports for steering committee presentations, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
Contributing to the development of new project management models, templates and procedures, covering areas such as resource management, risk management and scheduling methodologies.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Civil, Industrial or Bio Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project; familiarity with Clarity is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Pragmatic, proactive and autonomous, with enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork and new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to help resolve resource, budget and scheduling conflicts constructively.
