IT Business Analysts

Tasks

• Consult business partners on all IT topics, including innovations and IT trends.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Support the modelling and design of processes.
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements.
• Derive and document IT requirements based on identified business requirements.
• Test requirements for feasibility.
• Maintain MES and SCADA-class systems with local activities in cooperation with the global Center of Competence.
• Support IT change, demand, incident, problem and release processes to ensure implementation and operation of business processes.
• Build communication networks with internal and external business partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent education.
• Several years of work experience in IT or with IT systems, including experience in manufacturing areas.
• Preferably, knowledge and experience in manufacturing, machines and facility maintenance processes.
• Mandatory English language skills; German language skills are beneficial.
• Knowledge of requirements and processes in automotive production is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
