Purpose of the role
Support our Sales team in driving commercial performance across South East Europe while gaining hands-on experience in sales analysis, account management, seasonal planning and cross-functional collaboration within an international sports and fashion environment.
What you will do
- Support the Sales team in executing commercial plans and initiatives that contribute to business objectives and sales performance.
- Prepare business reports, presentations and sales analyses using Excel, PowerPoint and digital analytics tools.
- Analyze seasonal sell-through and market performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments and share relevant insights with the team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to support commercial and brand activation initiatives.
- Work closely with Account Operations teams to track order book conversion and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, account information and business databases.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops and other commercial activities alongside the Sales team.
- Build knowledge of adidas products and seasonal ranges and support the creation of product overviews and assortments.
- Support seasonal Sell-In activities, including meeting preparation, presentations and data sharing.
Skills you will need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales Management, E-commerce or another relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data and commercial insights.
- Interest in sports, fashion, consumers and market trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working with different teams.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.

Eligibility
- Be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or be in a gap year between a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
- Ideally be in the final year of studies, with a maximum of one year remaining until graduation following the internship.
- Be available for the full six-month internship.
