Role Overview
We are looking for an International Mobility Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end global mobility processes, supporting international assignments across Bull SAS globally. The role combines strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities, including policy design and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international assignments, including transfers, international hires, and localization.
- Maintain accurate mobility data, support reporting and audits, and ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain global mobility policies aligned with internal guidelines and local regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes, update processes, and support cost projections and compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate immigration, relocation, tax, and legal vendors, tracking services, payments, performance, and costs.
- Support employees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Track mobility data and compliance status in internal systems.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate international mobility risks and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in international or global mobility.
- Experience managing end-to-end international assignments and mobility processes.
- Understanding of mobility tools and systems, such as SharePoint.
- Experience working with immigration, relocation, and tax vendors.
Key Skills
- Understanding of global immigration laws, tax implications, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, including complex international relocation cases.
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- French language skills at minimum B1 level; B2 preferred.
