Your Internship Role
As a Benelux Sales Intern, you will be part of the Benelux Sales Team, helping drive growth with key wholesale partners and retailers while supporting the wider Benelux marketplace.
What You’ll Do & Learn
- Assist with seasonal projects across different Benelux sales channels.
- Support preparation of SS28 sell-in readiness across key categories and growth drivers.
- Help maintain or improve local sales tools and processes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to wholesale partnerships, sell-in presentations, performance analysis, assortment and range planning, product presentation, sales planning, and budgeting.
- Develop networking, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, presentation, forecasting, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Understand wholesale sales KPIs such as profitability, margin, conversion, discounts, and up-selling and cross-selling.
- Build confidence working in an international team.
What Would Make You a Match?
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire internship.
- Studying Marketing, Sports, or Business Management.
- Available from February 1, 2027 to August 1, 2027.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
- Interested in the sports and fashion industry, sports economics, sports sponsorship, or partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for sport or an active lifestyle.

Internship Conditions
- Start date: February 1, 2027.
- End date: August 1, 2027.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Working hours: 39 hours per week, full-time.
- Contract type: Internship; student status required throughout.
- Holidays: 10 days during the internship.
- Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Transportation costs covered by adidas.
