Your Internship Role
As a Product Merchandising Intern within the European eCommerce business, you will be part of the Merchandising Operations & Personalization Team. The team supports product availability and leads product personalization processes for eCommerce Europe, working with Product Merchandising, Platform Operations, Digital Operations, Demand Planning, Deployment, Supply Chain, Personalization eCommerce Logistics, and other teams.
What You’ll Do & Learn
- Assist with product personalization article setup and flocking material forecasts.
- Support the preparation of reports, data files, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving availability management and personalization processes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to product merchandising, analytics, digital operations, customer experience, and supply chain.
- Develop skills in eCommerce operations, product availability management, data analysis, KPI monitoring, performance tracking, communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
- Build confidence working in an international team and gain exposure to AI-powered tools.

- Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire internship duration.
- Studying Business, eCommerce, Digital, Communications, or a similar subject.
- Available for the full internship period from 01/02/2027 to 31/07/2027.
- Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
- Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
- Interested in sports, fashion, analytics, and AI.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about sport and/or an active lifestyle.
