Your Internship Role
As an Intern Digital Analytics, you will be part of the Market Empowerment & KPI Governance - Global Digital Analytics team. The team connects and empowers market analytics teams with data- and AI-driven insights and harmonized solutions for faster time to market.
The team works closely with the Global Digital Analytics organization, Market Digital Analytics teams across the globe, the Digital Analytics Tech team, and the Digital Product organization. Projects include market enablement initiatives, maturity assessments, demand management processes, best-practice sharing, analytics community engagement, AI-powered analytics projects, KPI and metric governance, and scalable solutions that help markets become more autonomous and data-driven.
What You’ll Do & Learn
- Be the voice of the market into Digital Analytics and support global initiatives that help adidas markets become more data-driven and self-sufficient.
- Contribute to innovation and automation initiatives, exploring AI and new technologies to simplify processes and enhance ways of working.
- Support global and market analytics community engagement through communications, presentations, and storytelling.
- Help identify, document, and share best practices and success stories across markets worldwide.
- Assist in creating playbooks, toolkits, and knowledge-sharing resources that accelerate analytics adoption.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the Digital Analytics and Tech landscape and tools.
- Develop skills in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, project and process management, automation, and communication.
- Build confidence working in an international team.
What Would Make You a Match
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship.
- Studying data analytics, data science, business administration, information systems, business intelligence, economics, or a related field.
- Available for the full internship period from February 1, 2027 to July 31, 2027.
- Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
- Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
- Interested in digital analytics, data-driven decision-making, KPI and data governance, AI-powered business solutions, digital transformation, market enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, with familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies considered a plus.
- Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

- Transportation costs covered by adidas.
