Tasks
Learning & Development
- Develop and enhance an integrated learning strategy and architecture aligned with global initiatives, organizational capability frameworks, leadership expectations, and business priorities.
- Design and manage learning roadmaps and annual development plans.
- Lead the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including needs analysis, design, vendor management, implementation, evaluation, and improvement.
- Identify capability gaps and translate findings into targeted development solutions.
- Manage global and local learning initiatives and establish measurement frameworks for effectiveness, engagement, business impact, and return on investment.
- Coordinate with business leaders, global stakeholders, external vendors, and participants.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and deliver internal programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Talent Management & Acquisition
- Lead and improve performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development processes.
- Localize and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies with global and regional teams.
- Develop recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process, candidate experience, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and improve onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Support workforce planning, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and selection.
- Use recruitment and talent metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
HR Administration & Organizational Development
- Lead strategic HR and organizational development projects supporting organizational effectiveness, engagement, and transformation.
- Implement scalable HR solutions and improve HR systems, learning platforms, and talent management tools.
- Support change management and ensure HR processes align with company policies, governance requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong Korean and English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude and project management skills.
- Strong business negotiation, organization, and coordination skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for working in a dynamic, multinational environment.
- Logical thinking and a strategic approach.
