Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young graduate to join its Human Resources Directorate in a personnel management opportunity.
Mission
Working in one of the HR offices, you will support HR Business Partners within their areas of responsibility, learn the main HR processes and projects, and liaise continuously with stakeholders involved in ongoing activities and projects.
You will also learn the basic principles of workforce sizing and organization, and handle monitoring and dedicated reporting.
You will join a rapidly growing international Group that invests in the future and sustainability, promotes innovation, and supports young people and the development of human potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or specialist degree in humanities, economic and legal disciplines, or management engineering.
- Academic experience abroad and/or professional experience in multinational organizational contexts is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Initiative and a natural relationship-oriented approach.
- Accuracy and discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- English B2 and/or French B2.

- Full-time availability required.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Position with management: No.
- Smart working may be available according to the activity, applicable regulations and company policies.
