Within the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role supporting the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HRIS in defining and managing the Bank's compensation policy in Switzerland and internationally, including Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE.
As a partner to HR and Finance teams, you will contribute to analysing and developing compensation and HR management systems in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the annual Global Compensation Review campaign, including needs definition, distribution simulations, budget and compensation-policy compliance checks, analyses, reports, announcements and payment instructions.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, including maintaining reference frameworks, comparative analyses and recommendations.
- Prepare salary analyses and recommendations for recruitment and international mobility.
- Monitor Relationship Managers' performance and produce profitability analyses.
- Monitor provisions in collaboration with Management Control and Payroll Administration.
- Handle deferred compensation, including calculations, payment instructions, provisions and projections.
- Produce HR management reports and indicators.
- Manage the Bank's workforce projection database.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
Requirements
- University education in Finance, Statistics or Data.
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Management Control or Strategic Planning.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Master's degree level, minimum one-year Master's (M1).
- Rigorous, confidential and able to manage priorities, with a strong service orientation and team spirit.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
