Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a junior HR Data Analyst intern to join its Human Resources Directorate in Parma, Italy.

Mission

The successful candidate will join an HR office and learn about the main processes and projects related to human resources. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting activities supporting key HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or specialist degree in engineering, quantitative economics, or statistics.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Preferred academic experience abroad and/or professional experience in multinational organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Initiative, natural relationship orientation, precision, and discretion.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English and knowledge of data-management processes.
  • English level B2.

Contract and availability

  • Internship/Trainee.
  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Full-time availability required.
  • Management position: No.
  • Smart working may be available in accordance with the activity, applicable regulations, and company policies.
