Headcoach Retail Brand - HOI CDD Stretch

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Headcoach Retail Brand to deliver a world-class consumer experience while enhancing Nike’s brand vision. In this role, you will position the House of Innovation as Nike’s pinnacle distribution channel in Europe and lead the House of Innovation Paris Retail Brand team across all functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the House of Innovation Paris Retail Brand team with a clear vision of success.
• Ensure best-in-class delivery of the House of Innovation retail marketing roadmap.
• Execute holistic retail marketing plans across the matrix organization and deliver a consistent consumer experience from online to offline.
• Partner with Nike Direct, global, geo and territory category teams to execute the House of Innovation Retail Brand strategy.
• Manage, track and assess resources across all marketing functions.
• Use consumer insights and relevant data to inform decisions and strengthen brand storytelling.
• Deliver innovative and disruptive storytelling and experiences across the marketplace.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Store/HOI, City and EMEA Retail Brand and business functions, as well as external suppliers, agencies and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, economics or sports sciences.
• Strong experience in retail marketing, account or retail management, and digital experience.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Track record of project planning and management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder, project, resource and time management skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a retail brand team.
• Strong intercultural and cross-functional communication skills.
• Creativity, agility, brand passion and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for the retail industry and business.

You will report to the Senior Headcoach Retail Marketing and be based in central Paris at the House of Innovation and Nike Paris corporate headquarters.
