As Group Head Middle Office, you will be responsible for defining the priorities, objectives and roadmap for your activity across the CACEIS Group. You will translate strategic objectives into concrete actions across affected local entities and manage managers across France, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Your team and direction
You will lead an international team of approximately 100 employees within the Investment Management Services business unit of Fund Services. The line of business provides Middle Office, Reporting and Currency Overlay services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment of the strategic vision and identify the necessary resources.
- Ensure delivery of the activity roadmap and contribute to business development through tender responses.
- Ensure optimal organisation of resources and processes and support employees across production sites.
- Define roles and responsibilities and develop, improve and monitor service quality.
- Monitor market challenges and client expectations.
- Propose projects and improvements to enhance performance and address new challenges.
- Encourage continuous process reviews and prioritise optimisation proposals.
Profile
You have significant experience managing international teams, ideally in an international environment, and experience in the banking or financial sector. You are organised, adaptable and strategic, with leadership, analytical and communication skills. You have a strong customer-service orientation and may occasionally travel internationally across CACEIS locations.
A postgraduate degree or equivalent is required, along with a Bac +5 qualification from a business school, engineering school or university. Minimum experience: 11 years and more.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tools, have some knowledge of AI applications in the relevant sector, and be fluent in English. An English test is mandatory during the recruitment process.
