Job description

This position is only open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience.

Location: Beijing

Main responsibilities:

• Cover products including FX, bonds, credit and rates, treasury, precious metals and more.
• Provide backup for sales personnel.
• Assist sales personnel with internal reports, documents and daily news.
• Support other ad hoc projects.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including China compliance policies and financial security requirements.
• Maintain the appropriate knowledge and complete mandatory training to remain qualified for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, mathematics, physics or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of work experience.
• Relevant Global Markets Division work or internship experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good teamwork skills.
• Native Chinese speaker with good command of English.
• Ability to cooperate and work across disciplines.
• CFA or CFA Level I or II candidacy is a plus.
