About the role

This position is limited to fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience. The trainee will support local Coverage teams with credit processes and daily client relationship management.

Main responsibilities

1. Due Diligence: Assist with client onboarding, conduct customer due diligence (KYC), collect and verify business licenses, legal representative identification and other credentials, regularly update information, and ensure timely completion of periodic KYC reviews.
2. Financial Rating: Use the Dafne internal rating system to complete client credit assessments, analyze key financial ratios such as net profit margin and operating cash flow ratio, and produce rating conclusions supporting credit approval decisions.
3. Report Writing: Assist in drafting credit application and annual review reports, consolidate business and financial information from public sources and client submissions, and perform data compilation and trend analysis on revenue, gross profit and other financial indicators.
4. Compliance Verification: Follow Chinese regulatory requirements from SAFE, NFRA and PBOC as well as internal compliance policies, participate in anti-fraud and anti-money laundering training, and ensure operations are conducted with zero compliance risk.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of work experience.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Native Chinese speaker.
