Global Markets Division - COO Office Clearing Analyst

Job description
Based in London, within the Global Markets Division (GMD) / COO Office, you will be part of the GMD Transversal COO team in charge of transversal functions of the Global Market Division. As Clearing Analyst, you will assist the Senior Clearing Coordinator in coordinating clearing aspects for OTC derivatives, listed derivatives (ETD) and repos; monitoring regulatory changes relating to clearing obligations in Europe, the US and Asia; implementing new rules and appropriate organization; providing reports on clearing activities; coordinating responses to CCP due diligence questionnaires; and onboarding new CCPs in Paris if necessary.
You will assess the clearing impact of transversal projects, contribute to contingency planning, scarce resources planning, collateral clearing management and relationships with major European CCPs and clearing brokers. You will also implement CCP initiatives and act as Business Project Manager for clearing IT projects.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
- Good understanding of international capital markets and financial products.
- Exposure to business management and project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with initiative and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English.
