CACEIS is recruiting its Global Head of Fund Services at Group level. The role covers the entire Fund Services Business Unit (BU), including Fund Administration, Fund Distribution Services, Middle Office & Reporting, Pension Funds and ETFs, as well as a dedicated Projects & Transformation team delivering cross-BU initiatives.
The responsibility is global, multicountry and multicultural, with a scope of more than 2,000 FTE worldwide as of June 2026. The Global Head of Fund Services is a member of the CACEIS Executive Committee and ensures that Group strategy is translated into concrete results across local entities.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global strategy for the Fund Services BU in alignment with CACEIS Group strategy.
- Translate strategy into objectives, action plans and transformation programs for each business line and geography.
- Steer business, financial, service-quality, client-satisfaction and risk performance.
- Lead organizational changes involving roles, processes and tools.
- Sponsor change, innovation and continuous improvement within the BU.
- Ensure the availability and evolution of human resources and skills.
Strategy & Transformation
- Build and share an inspiring strategic vision for Fund Services.
- Set priorities and targets for local entities and business lines and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure Group decisions are understood, adopted and implemented.
- Lead major transformation projects, including change management, communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Anticipate market developments, client expectations and future skills requirements.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage senior managers and large, complex, multicultural and multicountry teams.
- Align resources, skills, tools and organizations with business priorities.
- Promote synergies between business lines, countries and support functions.
- Develop talent, leaders and succession plans.
Operational Steering, Budget & Risks
- Define and adapt the BU organization, roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across experts, transversal teams, countries and support functions.
- Define the BU budget, manage arbitration and ensure robust financial steering.
- Anticipate and manage operational, regulatory and strategic risks.
- Set and improve indicators for service quality and client satisfaction.
Innovation, Continuous Improvement & External Representation
- Monitor market trends, key players and practices in Fund Services.
- Evolve and promote the service offering to clients and prospects.
- Drive innovative projects and process improvements.
- Represent CACEIS and the Fund Services BU at external events, industry bodies and before key clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with Master 2 level preferred.
- Significant senior executive experience in asset servicing, fund services or closely related financial services.
- Proven experience leading large, multicultural and multicountry organizations and complex transformation programs.
- Strong client focus and experience with demanding institutional clients and major market stakeholders.
- Minimum 11 years of experience.
- Fluent English and French.
- Pack Office and AI user skills.
