Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey and discover the world of HEINEKEN? The Global Graduate Program is designed to fast-track your career, equipping you with the skills, experiences, and opportunities to grow into a future leader.

About the program

As part of this three-year journey, you will complete three rotations, each lasting six months, within your chosen area in the Netherlands: Finance or Commerce. After the rotations, you will have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in the Netherlands.

  • Rotation 1: Start your journey within HEINEKEN in the Netherlands, building a strong foundation in your chosen function while gaining a deeper understanding of operations, strategy, and culture.
  • Rotation 2: Continue in the Netherlands with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas.
  • Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
  • Landing role: Apply what you have learned in a starting position within the Netherlands.

About the Finance track

The Finance track offers graduates the opportunity to make an impact beyond numbers, combining financial expertise with strategic advising. Through three diverse assignments across areas such as business control, revenue management, and financial strategy, you will gain broad experience across commercial and supply chain operations. Assignment locations may include the HEINEKEN office in Leiden and supply chain sites.

Criteria and conditions

  • Education: A finished Master’s degree at the start of the program. The study background and field of study do not matter.
  • Work experience: No specific previous work experience is required. The program is aimed at new graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation, with graduation between January 2026 and March 2027.
  • Languages: Comfortable Dutch and English language skills are essential.
  • Work rights: Legal work rights to work in the Netherlands are required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Travel flexibility: Graduates must be fully globally mobile.

Application and selection process

The application period is from August 31 to September 20. Online assessments take place from September 21 to September 27, followed by introductory calls, interviews in Leiden, and an in-person Assessment Day on October 30.
