You will join the Back Office within the Group Finance Department of the Corporate Center of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. The department coordinates the Finance Departments of the CACF Group entities and partly manages their refinancing needs.
The Back Office organizes and manages the financial, administrative and accounting aspects of various financing operations. In this evolving environment, we are looking for a professional with business expertise and an interest in tools or data.
Responsibilities
- Update the department's reference data, including indices, exchange rates and securities.
- Manage collection-related operations, including validation, controls, settlement of repayments and repatriation of funds.
- Manage treasury transactions in KTP, including controls, system validation, and preparation and dispatch of confirmations.
- Monitor CACF's daily cash position and administer cash, securities and term-deposit settlement flows.
- Manage securities operations from creation through market issuance.
- Participate in the accounting and financial processing of transactions managed in KTP, including daily and monthly controls and accounting validation.
- Produce, validate and improve management and regulatory reporting.
- Help implement and improve management procedures and systems to rationalize and automate departmental tasks.
- Relay business requirements to the department's Tool Support team and participate in development testing.
- Contribute to a data culture, including Back Office queries, automated controls in Qlik and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to implementation of new business functionalities, such as Swift interfaces and collection developments.
- Support the development of new reports, statements and control indicators.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree, equivalent to Bac+5/Master 2 or above.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Technical knowledge of financial products.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Comfort with figures and IT tools.
- Methodical, rigorous and organized approach.
- Successful experience working in a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity, dynamism and adaptability.
- Ability to make proposals and take initiatives to optimize processes and IT organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Operational English used regularly.
