UAF LIFE Patrimoine, a Crédit Agricole Assurances Group company, is a distribution platform for financial and insurance products serving wealth professionals. The company is growing and has more than 150 employees, mainly based in Lyon.
We are recruiting an Administrative Manager on a fixed-term maternity leave replacement contract.
Within the Logistics department, you will contribute to processing incoming flows and administrative management activities:
- Open mail and prepare batches by insurer and product type.
- Digitize documents.
- Create operations in the CRM.
- Process administrative operations on customer contracts according to applicable management rules.
- Check the quality of new business operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the logistics department.

Requirements
Two years of higher education in insurance, banking, legal studies, or management. Ideally, you have initial experience in back-office work, on a telephone platform specializing in insurance, or in a similar position.
Required qualities include rigor, responsiveness, adaptability, organization, teamwork, and customer service orientation. Comfort with IT tools is also expected.
