Footwear Product Developer – NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR
Responsible for the product creation process from initial concept through commercialization and production for assigned models, leading to on-time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specifications, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals.
- Lead and follow through on decisions that support timely product confirmation and sample delivery.
- Execute product creation according to critical dates and performance and profitability goals.
- Work with multifunctional teammates to ensure manufacturability of product concepts.
- Develop and utilize footwear knowledge to drive results and achieve project designs.
- Apply understanding of multiple sports and standard methodologies to identify product and testing requirements and assure product performance through physical and field testing.
- Recommend and specify material, component, and construction options to meet key features and product performance goals.
- Engage in all phases of the product process to ensure projects are completed on time, commercializable, and manufacturable while meeting design intent, performance, costing, and sustainability goals.

Required qualifications
Master’s degree in Kinesiology or Sport Product Management and one year of experience in the job offered or a product-related occupation.
