Become a part of the NIKE, Inc. team as a Visual Merchandising and Styling Coach at the NIKE Wembley store. In NIKE Retail Stores, a department manager is called a Coach.
In this role, you will deliver Visual Merchandising and Styling strategy, plans, and processes to ensure the highest level of execution of Nike’s direction and principles within your department.
Responsibilities
- Adopt and implement global Visual Merchandising and Styling standards for relevant categories and ensure execution.
- Manage implementation and maintenance of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the department.
- Oversee key category initiatives and seasonal strategies.
- Manage resources and execute Visual Merchandising and Styling guidelines for department refits and events.
- Manage a core team and set goals aligned with overall brand and business priorities.
- Coach staff, support development, and drive performance management, recognition, and rewards.
- Monitor visual standards and facilitate feedback with store leadership and the Visual Merchandising and Styling Team.
- Execute training strategies covering visual standards and merchandising techniques.
- Work with management and key business partners to support overall brand and category strategy.
- Influence others through persuasion, relevant communication, and relationship building.

What you bring
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Demonstrable experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience and competency in delivering exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
