Under the responsibility of the Head of department you will be responsible for daily AUM, transaction and product referential data uploads into the corporate IT database. In addition, you will be responsible for periodic production updates on AUM, transaction and product referential data to company stakeholders. You will support the Finance function on provision of detailed and aggregated data relevant to intra-group transfer pricing calculations.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and certification of AUM, transaction flows and product events in the Finance data depository.
  • Daily reporting on the AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.
  • Participation in a project to automate processes and controls relevant to AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events.
  • Monitoring, summation and controls over trades made within the company’s product ranges, including regular reconciliations against opening and closing positions for a given period.
  • Review and update of the distribution tree of the Management Company, including identification and consumption of new accounts, monitoring network modification requests, reporting on severe unresolved errors, and coordination with the transfer agent, sales teams and central functions in Paris.
  • Data sourcing, data controls, reconciliations and other preparation work for intra-group transfer pricing calculations.
  • Participation in a project to automate regular reconciliations of trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.
  • Strong participation in a key project targeting daily fees certification.
  • Preparation and update of written procedures relevant to the above activities.
  • Participation in other projects and activities within the department as assigned by the Head of department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar role in the asset management industry, such as a management company, transfer agent or fund administrator.
  • Rigorous and autonomous working style.
  • Knowledge of financial products and prospectus interpretation.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
