Looking to step into a strategic Finance Business Partner role where your insights drive real business decisions? We’re hiring an expert to partner with senior leaders, build financial strategy, and influence performance across the organization. You’ll work closely with executives, providing financial analysis, challenging cost structures, and supporting key business initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with senior managers to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Turn financial data into clear, useful insights that help the business understand what’s working and what’s not.
  • Look closely at costs and performance, and point out where things can be improved or simplified.
  • Review financials and help assess the potential of new business ideas.
  • Track project performance and flag risks or gaps early.
  • Act as a go-to contact for financial topics, explaining impacts in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Build strong working relationships across finance and the wider business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, with exposure to senior stakeholders and complex organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior management constructively and in a results-oriented manner.
  • Strong business understanding, including financial drivers and business dynamics.
  • Proactive, solution-focused attitude with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
