About the role
HEINEKEN UK is looking for a Rebates & Third Party Distribution (TPD) Finance Analyst to join its Commercial Control team in Edinburgh. Reporting to the On Trade Finance Controller, you will support On Trade Rebates and TPD through accurate reporting, control processes, analysis, review and stakeholder partnership.
You will produce and maintain reporting for TPD customers, help ensure rebate payments are accurate, maintain the On Trade rebates balance sheet, resolve queries and drive continuous improvement. You will work with Finance, Sales, HBS, distributor partners and other stakeholders to strengthen governance, compliance and control.
About you
- Finance or accountancy qualification, part-qualified status or recent graduation.
- Around 1 to 2 years of finance experience, ideally in FMCG or another commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and Excel.
- Ability to interpret information, solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence building relationships and constructively challenging stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information clearly.

Working arrangements
The role is based at the Edinburgh office on a hybrid working model. You will typically work from the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other chosen day, with the remaining days available for home working.
