Responsibilities
- Learn intensively about Michelin, its products, and ways of working.

- Support export documentation by collecting, checking, and sending documents to customers.
- Assist with approvals, signatures, and regulatory compliance.
- Archive digital and physical contracts and maintain organized records.
- Manage emails and correspondence for the export documentation team.
- Apply customs and legal rules and provide required customer documents.
- Assist in monitoring export documentation shipments.
- Interact proactively with customers, handle requests and complaints, and assist with initial root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain updated instructions.
- Collaborate with team members and perform related tasks as needed.
