The Executive Meetings Manager services guests throughout the hotel while delivering friendly, courteous, timely, and professional service. This position is responsible for selling, detailing, and servicing group business from all market segments, primarily handling programs of 10 to 24 room nights while maximizing guest room, meeting space, food and beverage, and ancillary revenues.
The position manages the complete group event lifecycle from initial inquiry and contracting through event detailing and execution, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and seamless communication with hotel operations. The manager assists in the efficient operation of the Sales Department, develops new and repeat business, and achieves revenue goals through exceptional sales and service.
