Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
To ensure that the leaders' administrative and operational tasks are fulfilled in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist leaders in staying on track with daily schedules.
- Manage travel arrangements and requirements, including obtaining visas.
- Assist leaders with meeting preparation and timely written and oral communication with employees and external audiences, including drafting correspondence and preparing presentations and documentation with minimal supervision.
- Handle sensitive company information discreetly and confidentially.
- Manage and oversee the processing of expenses and invoices, including medical health reimbursements.
- Document minutes of Senior Leadership Team and other meetings as required.
- Provide ad hoc support with projects, activities, and tasks as needed.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or a related area.
- Minimum five years of experience supporting senior management, ideally within the sporting apparel, fashion, shoes, or FMCG industry.
