Tasks

Develop and adjust testing conditions at vehicle level across Telematics, ADAS and Comfort E/E domains for China-specific environments and requirements.
Plan and prepare testing vehicles, including defining vehicle quantities and variants, coordinating software and hardware retrofits, troubleshooting and monitoring preparation timelines.
Plan and conduct overall E/E testing in China in accordance with project milestones, organize intensive testing events, validate function maturity and report findings to management.
Analyze failures and track issue resolution using appropriate tools, collaborating with function owners and component developers to identify root causes, document findings and close tickets.
Provide internal team support and assist with other testing-related work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science or vehicle engineering.
Five or more years of E/E development or testing experience at an OEM or supplier.
Test leadership experience covering test case development, test planning, execution and software-test project coordination.
Ability to understand software and hardware requirements, vehicle architectures and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet and E/E architecture.
Diagnostic and trace-analysis experience, with familiarity using CANoe or CANalyzer.
Good driving skills with a valid Chinese driving license.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Fluent Chinese and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel within China and abroad for test drives.
