EDU System Validation Engineer

China as our most important and greatest market is pushing massively towards electric mobility. Standards and regulations for New Energy Vehicles change rapidly, and market competitiveness is increasing fast.

Within Mercedes-Benz's fast-growing and developing electric drive business, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with suppliers on the EDU 3-in-1 system concept.
• Defining and reviewing EDU 3-in-1 system requirements with headquarters.
• Collaborating with headquarters and suppliers to define the validation and D&PV concept.
• Collaborating with suppliers on troubleshooting and issue analysis.
• Tracking validation progress and reviewing D&PV results according to Mercedes-Benz standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical, mechanical, or automotive engineering.
• Working experience in EDU system or hardware development.
• Deep knowledge of EDU system design.
• Deep knowledge of EDU system D&PV concepts and processes.
• Communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural backgrounds.
• Project management skills to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Intercultural experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
