Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. We are committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery by digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.
As a D&T Business Analyst, you will own end-to-end business analysis for one or more product areas and play a pivotal role in delivering value through the new e-commerce platform. You will lead requirements discovery, analysis, prioritisation support, and documentation, translating business outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria ready for delivery.
You will connect Product, Engineering, and key business stakeholders in a distributed and asynchronous environment, ensuring shared understanding, high-quality decisions, and smooth execution. You will identify impacts across processes, data, and technology, help manage dependencies and risks, contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, and support or coach junior colleagues where needed.
