Your role
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing documentation activities related to compliance deliverables and translation processes. You will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, publishing, and distributing technical documentation while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Manage document retrieval, control, and delivery activities across multiple repositories and portals.
- Coordinate translation requests with external translation service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor translation projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication on status and deliverables.
- Publish translated DITA XML content into PDF and other required output formats.
- Distribute translated documentation through designated publication and distribution channels.
- Maintain documentation records, version control, and compliance with established processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation quality and completeness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while managing competing deadlines.
Your profile
- Experience in document control, documentation management, or content management environments.
- Knowledge of translation management processes and working with external translation providers.
- Experience with CCMS platforms and DITA XML publishing workflows; Windchill and Arbortext knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
