Oversee the entire teamwear business and achieve business growth by developing and managing the overall business strategy with a systematic approach. Deliver business results while responsibly building the brand in the market, exploring teamwear potential and fulfilling the long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Management
- Lead holistic Teamwear business functions.
- Design and implement short-, mid- and long-term strategic channel business plans covering inline, local creation and Locker Room.
- Oversee and formulate teamwear product and marketing strategies, including partnership marketing, sports marketing activation and brand communications.
- Ensure brand equity for both Brand and Commercial channels.
- Develop teams, clubs, communities, schools and NS to scale the teamwear business.
- Develop tools and implement Go-to-Market communication.
- Build collaborative relationships with major external accounts and partners to maximize growth.
- Navigate business ambiguity and complexity to unlock Teamwear potential.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to achieve shared objectives.
Systems and Processes
- Develop and manage key business processes for responsible channels to achieve targets including net sales, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a cross-functional operating model supporting cooperation across marketing, product, channels, sourcing and operations.
People Management
- Communicate specific targets and review them with direct reports.
- Plan goals, responsibilities, competency development, measures and follow-up activities.
- Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance for quality implementation.
- Provide supervision, coaching and feedback while promoting integrity and openness.
- Manage, develop and motivate the team in alignment with departmental goals.
- Work with the line manager on team needs, delegation and workload balance.
- Build trust and teamwork across the organization.

Requisite Education and Experience
- University degree or above; MBA or another business-related qualification preferred.
- At least 10 years of sales management or commercial experience at a leading consumer goods company.
- Three or more years of leadership experience managing experts, cross-functional projects and people.
- Cross-functional experience, ideally in marketing, sales or product management.
- Broad understanding of business value drivers and operations.
- Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally.
- Proficient English required.
