Who You Will Work With
You will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Planning Innovation, located in Beaverton, OR, USA, but directly support the GC Operations senior leadership team, including Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Logistics. You will work with the executive team and colleagues at all levels across these organizations, as well as global Supply Chain & Planning Innovation counterparts, the GC Marketplace Strategy team, and Portfolio/Performance Management teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Advanced Degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Operations leadership, including Planning, Manufacturing, Marketplace Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Strong management consulting abilities, strategy design, hypothesis development, research, benchmarking, trend identification, and strategy execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation and supporting leadership teams through diverse priorities and decision-making.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and business-facing HR partners to drive organizational and behavioral change.
- Experience with conflict resolution and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced global matrixed environment.
What You’ll Work On
Supply Chain & Planning Innovation develops strategy, supports strategy deployment, incubates and tests innovation efforts, and conducts research to accelerate important innovations for a resilient, responsive, and responsible supply chain.
- Identify, test, and quantify innovation opportunities for GC Operations and global Operations strategy.
- Guide the GC Operations leadership team in developing strategic plans aligned with corporate and global functional strategies.
- Drive deployment of strategic priorities, track progress, and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Communicate the strategic narrative across GC Operations and demonstrate how teams’ work improves Nike.
- Build stakeholder relationships and serve as the strategic partner for the VP, GC Operations, in vision setting and leadership alignment.
- Help build and develop leadership talent and contribute to hiring and talent development efforts.
- Manage SCPI GC teammates.
