The Commerce DevOps Hub is being established in Kraków as part of the Global Digital & Technology Function. It will maintain and develop IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at HEINEKEN.
As a Commerce Data Domain Lead, you will shape and execute HEINEKEN’s Commerce data strategy. You will ensure that high-quality, future-proof data enables global initiatives, analytical use cases, and AI-driven innovation across the commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the vision and strategy for Commerce Data at HEINEKEN.
- Act as a strategic integrator across the value chain between business product owners, local operating companies, and global teams to align on Commerce data priorities and standards.
- Translate business requirements, vision, and strategy from Capability Owners into data capabilities, aligning with the Commerce Data Owner and local companies.
- Drive enterprise transparency and data maturity while defining realistic timelines and expectations with local operating companies.
- Shape and prioritize the Commerce Data roadmap and demand pipeline into a clear, prioritized, and continuously refined domain-level backlog.
- Manage data and business definitions and the data model within the Data Domain.
- Lead the agile delivery of data assets and direct local data stewards to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Ensure KPI and metric data quality complies with data quality standards and lead issue resolution.
- Connect with other Data Domain Leads to resolve cross-domain data requirements.
- Lead work performed by data management teams and local operating companies, without direct reports.
Requirements
Experience required:
- 8+ years of experience in data, sales, or marketing roles.
- Proven capability in leading strategic data programs across complex, global settings.
- Track record of working with global stakeholders and aligning across teams.
Preferred experience:
- Experience in the consumer goods industry and commercial processes.
Knowledge and qualifications:
- Deep understanding of data concepts, data modelling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong knowledge and experience with data platforms, master data management systems, data quality systems, data modelling, and AI-driven insights.
- Good understanding of commercial platforms, including CRM systems, Salesforce systems, and data provider platforms such as Nielsen and Kantar.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data specifications.
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent influencing skills across senior business and technical audiences.
- Knowledge of commercial processes within the consumer goods industry.
- Higher education in sales, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with data and reporting platforms, preferably Databricks and Power BI.
- Preferred knowledge of sales and financial sales processing in SAP ERP.
